For good process engagement, we need to know how the process is currently being managed from end to end before we create a new and better one. Trying to fix a problem by creating a brand new process will be much more difficult if you do not have an “as-is” process modeled first. This provides a foundation for further discovery and improvement. This Mytech U session gives you a foundation of process development, using principal elements from Six-Sigma and ITIL Foundations.
