SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN - TIER III

The main focus of this position is to remotely support our managed clients' network infrastructures and the end users.  This position will be part of our Help Desk Team and will work together to execute the primary duties and responsibilities of the department. There will be certain tasks that require time spent outside of standard business hours, such as an on-call rotation.

SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN - TIER II

The main focus of this position is to proactively monitor and maintain as well as assist Mytech’s managed clients’ network infrastructures and end users.  This position will be part of our managed service team who will work together to execute the primary duties and responsibilities of the department.  There will be certain tasks that require time spent outside of standard business hours, such as on call duties.

SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN - TIER I

The main focus of this position is to remotely support our managed clients' end users.  This position will be part of our Help Desk Team and will work together to execute the primary duties and responsibilities of the department. There will be certain tasks that require time spent outside of standard business hours, such as an on call rotation.

FIELD TECHNICIAN - TIER II

The main focus of this position is to support our managed clients' network infrastructures and the end users by going onsite for work that cannot be performed remotely.  This position will be part of our Service Team and will work together to execute the primary duties and responsibilities of the department. There will be certain tasks that require time spent outside of standard business hours, such as an on-call rotation.

FIELD TECHNICIAN - TIER I

The main focus of this position is to provide Tier 1 onsite support to our managed clients' end users. It will require high-touch customer service, excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to prioritize and follow-up on daily tasks, and meticulous attention to detail. The ability to communicate clearly, document tasks, and effectively problem-solve are required. There will be certain tasks that require time spent outside of standard business hours, such as an on-call rotation.

ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

What are we looking for? As a member of our Inside Sales team, you will work with and support members of the Outside Sales/Business Development team and will be immersed in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment handling a variety of requests and issues. Flexibility and having the ability to think on your feet to handle undefined issues is critical to be successful in this position. While a technology background is not required, we are looking for someone that has a drive to never stop learning with exceptional problem solving skills while having the ability to manage other request deadlines. OUTSIDE SALES/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

As a Business Development/Outside Sales Representative, you will be primarily responsible for growing our customer base by acquiring new customers, while retaining and growing a limited number of existing customers.  Building quality, trusted relationships with customers, vendor partners and other team members will be key to your success.  Understanding different personality and communication styles and being able to adapt your communication style in order to best listen and deliver key messages is an important skill in this role.
