Next time you visit mytech.com it’s going to look a lot different. In an effort to bring more relevant information to you, we completely overhauled our website. We think it now captures who we are and what we hope to accomplish with our customers.
A few things we added we think you’ll like:
- Events: Keep up to date on what events Mytech will be hosting in our offices and online, and what conferences we will be exhibiting at.
- Company: We finally sat down to write about how we got to where we are and where we plan to be in the future. There were also some fun stories along the way that we wanted to share with you – these can be found under the “trivia” heading.
- Best IT Experience: We think this is all about being “big and small” – big enough to have the range of expertise we need to keep up with the evolving technology industry, and small enough teams so customers are able to build relationships with our engineers. We also read and value all of the feedback we receive through our CSAT tool.
- Managed Services: Two principles guide our account management methodology: Mytech’s Blue Standard and “Above the Line”. The Blue Standard helps us create more stable infrastructures, which sets customers up to focus on “Above the Line” initiatives that will improve their processes around the technology.
