This month we are reflecting on our value of "Setting the Next Person Up For Success", under our pillar of Accountability. Anyone that has been in a work environment knows how important it is to have each other's back. To give each other the benefit of the doubt and work towards a common goal. Setting the next person up for success is much like passing the baton in a relay race. What we do will impact the next person in the process.
"Take action! An inch of movement will bring you closer to your goals than a mile of intention."
- Dr Steve Maraboli
I want to recognize an employee that has shown not only embraced the value of setting the next person up for success but many other values as well - Max Bohlig. Max has been with us for 4 months now and his eagerness to help has shown great results in his work. His role is Service Coordinator. This role needs to know what type of issues are presented in tickets and assign them to the proper team members. There is a lot of activity and resource management in this role and Max makes it look easy all the while with a very positive attitude.
"Great leaders don't set out to be a leader... they set out to make a difference. It's never about the role-always about the goal."
- Lisa Haisha
"Successful people ask better questions, and as a result, they get better answers."
– Tony Robbins
If you have a Max in your work life – take a moment and thank them for what they do and let them know you appreciate them. I for one want to thank Max for his positive outlook, his eagerness to help and his ability to set the next person up for success!
