BIO:
James has worked in IT since 2006, starting as a Help Desk technician and discovering a passion for efficient service delivery and process development. He also developed a strong dislike for the current standards of IT documentation. His mission is to raise the bar in providing customers with effective, understandable technology documentation. James joined the Mytech Managed Services team in 2011, excited to be a part of such a dynamic organization.
Prior to embarking into a career in technology, he worked and lived in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula where he pretended to be a lumberjack, radio DJ, electrician, janitor, and occasional sailor. Tired of the frantic pacing of the last frontier in the lower 48 states, James and his wife took a long vacation to Europe. There he discovered the Turkish word for “Hello,” the Czech word for “Beer,” the Spanish word for “best dessert ever,” the English word for “underwear,” and the true meaning of Christmas. They liked it so much they missed their flight home, and had to resort to hitchhiking across the Atlantic.
