BIO:
After working seven years in the construction industry, Paul decided to take a new career path with IT. Paul went back to school for one year for certification training, and started his new career in desktop support in the commercial print industry. Here, Paul quickly moved up into full network support. After two years in the print industry, Paul found Mytech Partners where he started as a level II Help Desk Engineer, and has since moved into his current position as a level II Field Engineer.
