BIO:
Nathan was born and raised in Lincoln, NE where he attended the University of Nebraska. During his run at the U of N, Nathan started working from the ground up with Applebee's Neighborhood Bar & Grill, where he eventually became the GM of multiple Applebee's locations. He then left Applebee's for an opportunity with a start-up company, where he was the director of operations for Daddios Take-n-Bake. Nathan was pulled back into the Applebee's franchise when he was offered a position to start a new concept: Moe's Southwest Grill. After two years with Moe's, Mytech Partners offered him the opportunity where he is today.
